TWO MORE MACHINES HEADING FOR PRODUCTION!
Mactec had the pleasure of welcoming several customers to our plant last week to perform their factory acceptance test on two highly sophisticated MT-150 blister packaging machines. The machines successfully passed the customer FAT process and are now being crated for shipment.
This customer required a coldform deep draw blister for packaging of two components (testing vial and desiccant pouch) within each blister as well as pinhole detection and vision system for 100% presence verification/rejection.
Mactec was happy to accommodate this unique healthcare/medical device application and are thrilled to continue our partnership with this customer now that the machines will be headed to their production floor.

Our MTVP-200 can be used to produce 4-sided sealed pouches and sachets. Our customer had a very unique application which required two rotary disk feeders with dedicated hoppers to dose two different products into the same pouch. Through a user input, our machine can dose up 4 of each population into a pouch (8 maximum).
