OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2004, Mactec Packaging Technologies (sometimes searched as Mactek) is a packaging machinery manufacturer and custom packaging machinery company in Sayreville, New Jersey that builds small to medium output single unit dose blister packaging, pouch packaging and rotary filling equipment. With more than 20 years of expertise, Mactec provides Made in the USA solutions to a wide array of industries packaging many different dosage forms. Our compact equipment easily adjusts in minutes with a single operator.
- 2004
MACTEC Packaging Technologies is founded to focus on innovative, small-run packaging machines and fill the void for custom solutions that didn’t need runs for millions of units.
- 2004 - 2010
Mactec becomes a go-to option for small-run unit dose packaging, introducing the MT125 for pharmaceutical and R&D facilities.
- 2010
Develops and introduces the MT60 Tabletop Blister Machine offering extreme versatility, quick changeover, and low-cost operations.
- 2013
Mactec introduces the single-cup monoblock filler, a complete system for the coffee and tea industry.
- 2013
The team begins offering custom machine engineering for packaging that requires further customization beyond the base product line.
- 2016
Filling a need for further customization, Mactec introduces tooling services to provide a variety of packaging solutions for a single machine operator.
- 2019
Mactec partners with Green Arc LLC for the capital needed to drive the business forward and meet the growing needs of its customers.
- 2020
Mactec moves into its new facility at 2500 Main Street Extension, Suite 12, Sayreville, NJ 08872. This larger facility allows for expanded manufacturing capacity, while providing the additional office and warehouse space critical to meeting our growing customer needs.

- US customers pay no import tariff and need no customs broker: the machine ships from New Jersey.
